Starting Wednesday, the sun will set after 5 p.m., giving Chicagoans a little extra light to end their days, according to <a data-wpel-link="external" href="https://www.sunrisesunset.com/calendar.asp?comb_city_info=Chicago%2C%20Illinois;87.6298;41.8781;-6;1;America/Chicago&amp;want_mrms=1&amp;want_mphase=1&amp;want_info=1&amp;want_eqx_sol=1" rel="external noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">SunriseSunset</a>.</p><p>There’s more good news: Daylight saving time is just over a month away, beginning March 9. At that point, clocks will spring forward one hour, extending daylight further into the evenings.</p><p>Wednesday brings another reason to celebrate: a full moon coinciding with Lunar New Year’s Day.
