i do appreciate the info and don't mean to sound ungrateful, but that does require i own an nsonline controller, and an 8bitdo wireless adapter... and a summercart 64... which means i have to spend at least like $180 total and denies me from using my superpad
might look into the flash cart though!

Alright guys, we at OceanGate are excited to announce we fixed the main issue with the submersible that caused it to implode. Going forward we'll be using the SuperPad 64 to control the vessel.

I had the Superpad. Pretty good controller all things being equal. Friend had to use the official red one that they spilled a can of Surge on

Yeah, it was an odd one for sure. On the plus side, it was built like a tank. A lot of the unofficial N64 controllers were super flimsy, and that was not the case for the Superpad.

Besides the Nintendo 64 Controller, my mom bought us 2 Superpad Controllers & they're one of the worst, if not, the worst 3rd Party Controller I've ever used. It looked cool from a viewer's standpoint but playing it was awful. The Control Stick had a "needle" where my thumb was hurting.

but i DO have three of them, plus a superpad, and a couple other third party ones i salvaged from the trash at gamestop bc i'm a packrat

Garage pads will get revised as well to be one big "superpad" that can do salvage, fabricator and armory all at once.

The c-button placement often makes me wonder how it'd fare as a six-button pad for Capcom fighters, lol. At the least, this thing might be closet awesome for it.

I managed to fix the SuperPad 64! At least temporarily that is. I'll beat Perfect Dark with it later tonight (a bit more late than usual)! Here's hoping it survives.

And no, I'm not joking - the OG controller sucked ass. I found this at Video Games Etc. in Warren, RI in 1997, and went through four of them over the life of the console.
