Tapentadol and pethidine! Nobody will prescribe pethidine because it's way overkill for a maintenance painkiller and has a shitton of side effects, and I'd been stable on XR tapentadol for ~15 years but it makes the current fuckery worse so I've had to halve my dose.

Mein Nachttisch ist ein graus. Tapentadol, Paracetamol, Celecoxib, Tillidintropfen, Sinupret, alles mit Arzt abgesprochen, dennoch Mist. Und trotz all dieser Medikamente liege ich im Dunkeln und versuche mit Atemübungen wenigstens auf Abstand zum Schmerz zu gehen. Ohne Erfolg.

My maintenance painkiller is XR tapentadol and pretty much no hospital stocks it, so they have to scan mine in. I discovered this when the hospital did have IR tapentadol but the hospitalist didn't do the dose/time conversion and just did a 1:1.

Das gilt es jetzt herauszufinden. Der 1. Schritt könnte schon geschafft sein. Ich habe das Tapentadol ret. vor gut 2 Wochen um 20% gesenkt und die Tilidintropfen sogar um 30%.
Jetzt werde ich 1 Monat warten und dann versuchen weiter zu senken.
