stress & changes in weather causes the worst joint aches for me! i have hEDS and it’s the worst!!! my joints are so unstable, i am constantly dislocating my shoulders, fingers, and ankles. i find i have been recently having a lot of issues with my lower back & hips

I don't think I'm mesmerized by the NYT, but I do have a lot of skepticism re how they choose what to focus on, and how much. They overemphasize Democratic ratfucking and FAR underemphasize Republican ratfucking, and it gives a false impression to voters who only see heds & deks.

and i just overstretch myself constantly on accident, then will spend weeks getting over it. i also have a lot of co-morbidities with hEDS like ADHD POTS, and histamine intolerances so i never know what’s causing what issue most of the time but those are some of the things i deal with

he sure has been falling a lot more, but we have pots/mcas/heds/etc., so we usually attribute it to neurological/cardiac issues 🤔 he does exercise, but definitely not like he used to

Also like if you didn’t already know this, random difficulty with swallowing CAN be a symptom of hypermobility and hEDS, so like… if this happens to you and you didn’t know that, now you do!

i completely understand people not liking colder weather & darker days, but i hope knowing that some of us are getting some relief with cooler weather. heat is a trigger for pots/mcas/heds & i’m tired of feeling that itchy-burning

Keine Ahnung, ob es das gleiche ist (habe keine hEDS Diagnose, bin aber definitiv hypermobil) aber wenn ich mich nachts dumm drehe, habe ich so einen stechenden Schmerz im Brustbein, dass ich öfter dachte, das wäre lebensbedrohlich, ein Herzinfarkt oder so.
