A year ago I ripped my Tarptent while in Mexico. I patched it up for the remainder of the season, but my repair didn’t hold.
Last week I shipped the tent to Tarptent for repairs. They repaired it and shipped it back within a few days for much less than the cost of a new tent! 👍🏻

Had to get a few pitches up in the backyard. It’s a little bit of a learning curve, not necessarily difficult, but a smidge finicky to get everything tight (and probably just an aesthetic want, rather then need)…

Ich hatte völlig vergessen, WIE gut meine Ausrüstung aus Wandertagen ist.
Tarptent Rainbow, NeoAir Matte, Mountain Equipment HE Daunenschlafsack; komplettes Schlaf-Setup bis 0° für zusammen unter 2,4 kg. Mal gucken, ob ich damit irgenwann nochmal zu Fuß los kann... 🥰

As for tent unfortunately it cannot be the cheapest stuff from tesco for such a journey. I would recommend Tarptent for its light weight and durability.
