the worst part about climbing is that tendons are soooooooooo slow to heal and recover and grow. muscles i'm recovered within a day or two max; tendons always two days minimum 😭

Excluding trans girls from sports on the basis that it is not fair to cis girls is like saying that ballet dancers with unusually strong tendons should have their tendons forcibly damaged so that people with more tendency toward injury can have a fair shot. Which sounds ridic cuz it is!!!!!

drawing is a fine motor skill and will fuck up your muscles and tendons if you don't stretch and the cool thing about tendons is that once you fuck them up they take anywhere from months to years to never to unfuck. so stretch

I can’t crochet or knit anymore…
I was in a car accident a decade that tore the tendons of my left hand… and they used tendons from my right hand to ‘fix’ the left…. Now neither is 100%.
So I am living vicariously through those who crochet and knit. I miss it.

I can’t crochet or knit anymore…
