E potrebbe essere la nuova direttrice del Tg de la 7, che in quel caso cambierà nome in TGG - e indovinate a quale iniziale di nome si riferisce la seconda G …

I was just thinking on the drive home that I needed some TGG right now. Hang in there, Ben.

BTW, do you think KVJ was a big fan of TGG and the way it is force-fed to high schoolers?

But the main thing I'm saying here is QUESTION THE CANON. Why is the permanent importance of that book *taken as read*?

(This is all academic anyway. AI summaries of TGG are all anyone will read going forward.)

One of my favorite teaching moments ever came when discussing the ending of The Epic of Gilgamesh and somebody making a connection to TGG and me bringing out the last line from memory: "So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past." ...

A toast to the Captain and the crew that remain! 🥂
I hope that crew are able to get together soon, raise a glass and take solace in the sharing of a happy memory or two...

Talmannen och TGG livesänder nästan samtidigt idag. En av dem kommer helt säkert beröra GTA6. Ev båda.

That a post from y'all is how I found this information out is appropriate. "RSVP ______" has entered my lexicon via TGG (I only discovered it this year and I'm working my way through the CONSIDERABLE backlog)(mid-DS9 Season 2)(it's 2018 when I listen to the pod)

More to the point, damn. Chekov.

Is it Possible That People Like Me Have Been Wrong About the Realism in GTA VI Being a Bad Thing?
Okay so, since I already unintentionally derailed the Whinge & Bitch thread regarding RDR2 and GTA IV comparisons to GTA VI, I figured this might be a good topic to discuss the realism and RPG elements of VI that have been prognosticated by people like @TGG and so many folks all over the Internet, as well as what we saw on the Extended Look. I posted this idea already in my last comment in that the thread, but I think this is worthy of consideration. For the past few months, I have been riding a real bummer about all of the realism we are all expecting. Particularly after playing GTA IV almost two decades ago and basically bailing on RDR2 in the middle of the prologue. As I said in the Whinge & Bitch thread, after watching Angry Joe's video on the Extended Look this morning and then watching the 26 minute video on Netflix, I honestly believe that I was so caught up in my dislike of IV and the little I played of RDR2, that it completely biased my opinions about GTA VI. After watching the two videos this earlier, I really think I have been wrong all of this time. Not about my disdain of realism and what seems like it will be a much less arcade-like GTA, but about how this newest entry in the franchise will feel to people like me, who have always believed GTA should be a lot more over the top, like San Andreas and V. Discuss. Or close the thread, mods, if you think this is a silly topic! lol

For reasons unknown the image I saw wes the obnoxious foursome of wannabe dudes from Big Bang.
Not until After submitting my erroneous comment that I saw a Golden Girls image. I can't say I watched many TGG shows but as archetypes I've benefited from as a POV of Ladies my own age your Post did well.

Agreed, a count on its own says little. We read each video against its own channel: this week "GTA 6: PC Release 2027 Reports, 2 New Radio Stations, Review Copies & More!" by TGG had 612,739 views (23 Oct) at 1.4x VPI; PlayStation's GTA VI launch trailer upload, 1,808,170 views, did 30.8x.
