Well done. If you feel a bit dodgy for a day or so as we did, it is good to know that researchers have also released data suggesting reduced dementia in the shingles vaccinated population.

Me one year ago vs. me today. Finished my first 5k! Achieved full remission from RA&UC for the first time in 13 yrs with a JAK inhibitor. Wonder what else my body can do now that's it's healthy.

My aunt contracted polio before the invention of the polio vaccine, about the same year as this lady who spoke out at a No Kings rally from her sparkly, flag festooned wheelchair.

I really thought we were going to have to drive to Virginia to get a Covid vaccine. NC is purple, and the red pockets, like my town, are super red. It’s a big weight off my shoulders to be vaxxed. My 85 yo Dad’s health is getting worse, as is my MIL’s. Spouse & I need to stay well. #thankyouscience
