Black and white photograph, where roses use to bloom in the warmer months now reveal the natural life cycle of the rose bush in the winter, in front of the rose bush is 5 vertical bars from a steel fence and also behind the wilted roses, however because the steal fence is further away it reveals more bars and a horizontal bar framing the vertical bars, further back is a thick fog revealing the rooftops of buildings, an aerial, a church and a wooden fence. To the left a brick wall, to the right a wooden fence (reminds me of that song: stuck in the middle with you) and to the front is an unknown species of some type of bush tree, still green in this frosty scene but not an ever-green as some parts of the bush tree are turning brown (i’m no bush tree expert and won’t pretend to be). Beyond the bush tree is a wall covered in frosted ivy, above is a washing line but only the clothe pegs remain in focus. Overall the photograph shows the rich contrast of the winter sunrise, with its beaming orange hues it reveals the natural beauty that comes with the cool winter mornings. Leaves that use to grow delicious strawberries are now covered in a sharp icy blanket of frost, bathing in the rich morning sunrise. Also within focus is a wooden fence that has also gathered frost from the cold night before. 3 Starlings all bearing multiple white spots enjoying the morning sunrise from a frosty roof, all in a line, one faces the front looking onward to the left, another looks to my front facing the camera and the other looks forward with its back to me. Between them they have the area well covered, with an excellent view of what is going on below them. I’m not overly great at this ALT texting but I’ve tried to say what I see as best I can, I’ve had a little giggle at myself along the way, this is the last image for this cold collection of garden pictures.
