We need more autonomous gatherings too, to skill share and learn about how to do all these things but also build connections in our local communities through just hanging out, sharing food. Teaching anarchism 101. Feeling nostalgic for those spaces right now (the encampments did that too).

a lot of us mention that THE YOUTHZ frequently have weird hang ups due to COVID, lack of thirdspaces, a reaction to hypersexual abuse trauma of the 2000s, like I said elsewhere, what differentiates my younger cohorts is that they choose hyposexualism as a shield

50 years or so ago we started tearing down the thirdspaces and the systems that let us build communities and replaced them with cable TV and 'Stranger Danger'.

Greenspaces, outdoor seating, walkable/bikable cities... essentially anything that facilitates greater human interaction while we eat/read/drink (or do anything else to provide sustenance and stimulation for our brains/bellies/bodies)

I'd play with nice iridescent watercolors. I miss painting sometimes, but my workspace is already a "book factory" & sculpting space.
