That ending stood out to me too, especially how it loops back instead of just finishing

I did feel the third voice, especially near the end when the visuals and audio suddenly started reinforcing each other

#thirdvoiceparty Oh this is fire!!!! I remember watching your SME3 earlier on in the semester out of a handful just out of curiosity and I really love how those visuals have developed! I really feel like you managed the tension so well to the point where I genuinely thought in the middle

Rewatched Painted dreams to listen and feel where the third voice emerged. It definitely helped, I felt that there were certain clips that brought me back to a sense of "normal" and then others that held a lot of tension or were a little uncomfortable, ...>

#thirdvoiceparty "Oh no! I'm not going to be able to comment on this because there is some meaning im missing!" but then it just so expertly all clicks in the end. The choices you make with the various disorienting sounds, B&W color that turns off right as you hear the message, the way you see the

You have no idea what this video did, I have not one creative bone in my body aside from dog grooming, but I enjoy film and the arts sooo much. I love it. I love the emotion. I love the second half, where it's just raw feeling. I can't even describe what I just saw as im in such awe #thirdvoiceparty

#thirdvoiceparty Hey Malak, you did a GREAT job. Not only was the video good, I thought you did a great job editing and putting it together to transition into the third voice.

#thirdvoiceparty This builds a sense of tension between the audience as it forces a sense of overthinking as to what this may mean and how it may relate. Overall, really enjoyed your project.

The calm voice and the repeated rolling of objects across the table initially feel like part of the same routine. However, the recurring microwave-door slam disturbs that calm and makes the ordinary action feel increasingly tense.

I like how you pointed out that feeling of trying to do things the “right way” but it still not working out. It felt like the piece kept building toward control but never fully reached it

more about the comfort of having them, for me. So the last few seconds really stuck with me because of that! Anyway, I had fun watching this, and I found myself going back a second time :)

#thirdvoiceparty I love how simple the video is while the audio tells a whole story. I think the idea of the paper moving while not actually changing shows how the world moves around but still stays the same in the end

I also really liked the sound effects sprinkled throughout the audio. In hindsight, I wish I had done this more with my project. It really directs my attention whenever it shows up and indicates that something is important. #thirdvoiceparty

#thirdvoiceparty Hey Brian, I thought your final project was pretty interesting, especially how you laid out the repetition. I like how you mentioned "a breaking point can build a foundation" as you continue to stuff objects in your pocket...

I really like how your final project ended with the smiles and the thumbs up. Everything is chaotic, and your stuff is jumbled, however you are still smiling through it. I think its a really sweet ending to your project.

I think I felt the tension the most when you were talking about consistency but you were disorganizing your things and trying to fit them into your pocket. There was a lot of tension between the audio and video in that moment.

I felt the third voice become really clear around 2:32, especially when you pushed the table and it synced with the voiceover. That moment felt like everything suddenly locked together the visuals and the audio stopped competing and instead started reinforcing each other.

Hi Brian, I thought your final project was really cool. I liked the repetition throughout. One of my favorite parts was in the middle where you were repeating the phrase "repetition creates consistency" but then you started speaking over the words and jumbling them.

#thirdvoiceparty This video creates a reality where if you constantly try to repeat something, you will be consistent. The visuals show them repeatedly placing things within their pockets, but why would they be consistent in that? Is it asking whether repetition creates consistency or telling us?

Before that, the first half before 2:30 felt intentionally disorienting, like the voices were slightly out of sync or not fully connecting. And I think that shift made the third voice emerge as something more grounded and direct. anw, I love this video sm!!!
