As a WW2 vet my dad was assigned to defend NEW YORK CITY‘s Throgsneck Bridge as an Infantry Captain circa 1950 in The 42nd ID THE RAINBOW 🌈 DIVISION!
As a real NEW YORKER he viewed every AMERICAN 🇺🇸 Soldier to be his “BROTHER OR SISTER!”
Because We need to act like FAMILY!
United We are strong!

As a WW2 vet my dad was assigned to defend NEW YORK CITY‘s Throgsneck Bridge as an Infantry Captain circa 1950 in The 42nd ID THE RAINBOW 🌈 DIVISION!

I must again point out that it’s no longer hipster to name your kid “Brooklyn”. For genuine originality you need a “deeper cut”. Which is why my three children are named “Bushwick”, “Gowanus”, and ThrogsNeck”
