Under Putney Bridge at low tide. Farewell to Tideway, their work on the super sewer here complete, two concrete boob-like structures set into the embankment wall covering recent work. The foreshore here was once disgusting re sewage, wet wipes, other grim stuff. Let’s hope this makes a difference.

we used to get told to drink a diet coke after rowing on the Tideway to avoid getting sick and the one time i skipped it, i got pneumonia in both lungs
