I have never really been a fan of the ol' blue-tights-wearing sword-slashing coin-op hero, but I know a lot of people are. Maybe not on the #C64, but elsewhere. Dare I say... AMSTRAD..? The word "Tiertex" in the loading pic tells you all you need to know, really. Dull.

35 years ago, US Gold was peddling Strider 2, a sequel to Strider made under license from Capcom (but who had nothing to do with it). The crap artwork and it being developed by Tiertex pointed toward mediocrity. It did not disappoint. Play Capcom's proper 1999 sequel instead.

Note how I have added the EU there in parentheses? Looking at this pretty nice loading screen, you'd be loving the cassette load wait for SF on your #C64. Unfortunately, as with so many games, this is a long load wait you will only do once. This is dogshit. Tiertex!
