I suspect it’s easier to go the other way—“oh, this adult author wrote a kid’s book!” but that’s hard to double blind. Though at least you won’t get articles with headlines like, I dunno, “Miss Tiggywinkles Is All Grown Up!” (See also the perennial OMG THESE COMICS AREN’T FOR KIDS article.)

I spotted this dehydrated & undernourished little hog in my garden, walking with a limp. His back left leg is clearly injured so I scooped him up and took him to Tiggywinkles animal hospital. Really hope they can fix him 🦔

The little hedgehog is investigating the feeding stations and getting the idea this is where to come for a meal and a drink. We're fairly certain the larger one is its mum #TinyJoys

Matt Goodwin is a tit. The RSPCA was founded in 1824. That's 60 years before the NSPCC. The British REALLY like animals. Hedgehogs aren't a symbol of our nation? Puffins? I give you Tiggywinkles and one of the largest publishers of children's books in the UK. Goodwin is just wrong.
