Thinking about and naming things that make you happy in this moment is important. So today I wrote my list of happy things in this tiny book I made and then I made it a giant tassel because tassels also make me happy.

Attached to the book via the hole in the tag is a giant magenta tassel. The tassel is almost three times the size of the book but the whole thing still fits in my hand.
