How does DHS believe it is going to gain access to all of the "data" and "voting logs" that he is referring to? If they sue for it, they will lose. Is he planning on trying to seize it?
DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin says "we will be looking at the registers and all those that voted after the election, and make sure that no one voted illegally"
