I bought a nice toolchest on black friday without really thinking through the reality of it living on my carport and had to spend the money I saved x 2 on a dust cover, vci emitters, silica gel beads, and boeshield to try and keep the slides from rusting. Classic me situation.

I spent today doing pre-opening cleaning at Fenimore Farm - dusting the Tradesman's Toolchest exhibition and things in most of the buildings in the village - and my legs are killing me. OTOH, I did get some good exhibition ideas.

that track day cost about $100k. dude brought his own diesel generator and about 10 people from Italy with a toolchest they had to fly into the country on DHL or whatever.

The somewhat untidy state of (just one half of!) the workshop post-Salute prep and having been left alone for a week is an accurate three dimensional maquette for the current state of my brain.
