I'm upset to have waited as long as i did just be to told it's not recommended, but mostly i'm annoyed at TransCare BC for telling me the surgeon had a short wait time and no BMI cap, when in fact neither of those things were true

I generally support and I'm against of creeping privatization of public healthcare because it sucks for greater number of people, but I'm resourceful and will make use of private transcare just like I make use of private dentistry.
I have insulin resistance and I enjoy that at least my insulin resistance drugs are very cheap, honestly that's one of reasons I have money in my pocket to pay for my dentistry and transcare I will be starting.

For example, I've let it known that transcare is very underfunded and full of old guard professionals here, but there is one sexual/reproductive care that is funded with broad support on paper, and it's in vitro procedures.

Believe me, I also had to know names to get transcare focused diagnostist in the private system. The first specialist had hands full, the other sexuologist in my town ghosted me. Had to ask @deadgirlfrompl.bsky.social for pointers.
