I am not transmed and this has nothing to do with gender but it is my opinion of how HRT works. Your brain is designed to work better with more estrogen or more testosterone getting not enough of the right 1 cause of how you were born is identical to type 1 diabetes in that it’s a hormonal disorder
Thinking of it another way: my brain didn’t work when my hormone insulin stopped working good my brain also didn’t work when my hormones were the wrong hormones. Both are hormonal conditions. Saying I shouldn’t have my estrogen is telling a type 1 diabetic no insulin for you (I’m type 2)
