Exhausted. Spent most of day reading/sleeping. More today. But dizzy w excitement and thankfulness for next steps. Testing bikefit in next few days. Have hiking poles for extending my walking range. Have stable legs for trapbar deadlifts and farmer walks. Have a lot of protein. Onwards.

While I'm not taking part in my gyms summer challenge, I don't mind a decent shot my trapbar deadlift 😌

Heute mit einem Rücken Patienten endlich Kreuzheben mit Langhantel und trapbar machen können. Alles schmerzfrei und er hatte ein dickes grinsen im Gesicht.
Ich wünschte @sandmann1978.bsky.social wäre näher und der Patient könnte bei ihm weiter trainieren

Heute mit einem Rücken Patienten endlich Kreuzheben mit Langhantel und trapbar machen können. Alles schmerzfrei und er hatte ein dickes grinsen im Gesicht.
