Hey if you're doing community outreach/feeing unhoused people in your community it's a really good idea to include ingredient cards with every meal. Even just the top 8 allergens [contains milk/wheat/shellfish/peanuts/treenuts/eggs/soy/fish] will go a long way. This helps everyone eat safely.

- I have one million food allergies including shellfish, citrus fruit in general, literally every single Plant (including treenuts / legumes / etc) if it's uncooked but if it's cooked whatever I'm allergic to in it is decomposed and I can eat it fine (cellulose?)

I'm anaphylaxis allergies with peanuts/treenuts.
Most chocolates are cross contaminated with nuts.
I haven't had real chocolate - or virtually any dessert prepared in a bakery, restaurant, etc - since forever.
I can, however, have Milk Duds. 😂

For context, the clawing symptom isn’t happening rn but happens with nuts and treenuts or if I have too much of one of the others at one time; needless to say I avoid nuts and treenuts entirely 😂

As well as maintaining what you put in your body. What's recommended is be sure you keep up with having your vitamins. Magnesium being one of them or coconut water (if you aren't allergic to treenuts)

Treenuts and peanuts på engelsk. Forskjellige frukter. Nøtteallergi går som regel på hasselnøtt, valnøtt og sånt, og hos noen mandler. Pappa er allergisk mot nøtter og tåler mandler, jeg er allergisk mot nøtter og tåler ikke mandler. Dvs jeg tester negativt men får allikevel reaksjon. Allergi er gøy
