Started prep for tomorrow's dinner today. These bad boys will get sliced thin and stirred tomorrow for the Prakas’s Rib Eye dish. Which today we added to the menu, because why make too much food when you can make way too much food.

Burger night… double prime patties (Legacy Maker Meat www.legacymakerfarms.com applewood smoked bacon, I made a fake Mac sauce, cheese, Dads Seasonings Ultimate Steak. Bun tops dipped in butter and fat. Ridiculous….

Well this isn’t Twitter and we don’t have hashtags so it’s not #TwitterSupperClub but this was super easy & tasty. Sautéed mushrooms w/salt & pepper, bacon, sous vide steak (from Costco!), provolone cheese, tortilla, put under broiler until cheese bubbled, added sliced cherry tomatoes & basil. YUM.
