idea: spite store across the street called "UNrestrained Whimsy" sells only ukeleles but then two days later destroys all ukeleles and sells only crepe pans and when people come in and say I thought you sold ukeleles we say that's ridiculous, who would DO that would you like a crepe pan tho?

My local library lends out backpacks containing the 10 essentials for hiking and a state park pass, stargazing kits that include telescopes, and ukeleles. Also seeds for your garden (that's more of a give away then lending, tho, and only in February)

thinking about how when i was young i thought ukeleles seemed cool and accessible because they were small and i had always had difficulty using guitars because they were large and hurt my hands. then i saw people i admired mocking ukeleles for being a Quirky Girl in College Instrument. 🧵
