And AUSpath guidelines showing 6 week loading dose normal too. Whilst continuing 6 weekly dosing would be atypical, I would also note given the other lying going on very possible this was also lied about. Also not mentioning his haematocrit is an obvious error because that's the cardio risk marker

this is a cute idea but as a transmasc who uses testosterone undecanoate I took this literally at first read because I literally have to warm my HRT up in my hand so the shot doesn’t hurt like hell 😆
y'know actually, for those of us that *do* start HRT, i like the idea of an "HRTwarming"/first dose celebration with friends/chosen family. that idea sounds like a very nice one to me, and one i would have really liked, so i think i want to give it to someone else

T undecanoate has a very very slow absorption (many weeks) but this study also says it's very hard to get in the USA due to folks having severe adverse reactions

There are 77 currently-approved drugs in the US that can only be prescribed with extra care and precautions, because their risks might outweigh their benefit to patients.
Pharmacists can't get updated info about how to dispense some of these drugs after the FDA RIF.

I had to discontinue HRT last summer--there's no self-injection in this country and a 12-week Nebido interval was way overdosing me--and it turns out there's been OTC oral testosterone undecanoate here this WHOLE TIME and the doctor didn't tell me so he could keep selling me ¥40k shots :,)

Checked their website. The pills are enclomifene, which increases testosterone production, not actual testosterone. (The black version pictured also includes tadalafil.) However, testosterone undecanoate can be taken orally. They're planning to offer that (and injectable testosterone), too.
