Don’t worry! I know Nebido/Reandron (t undecanoate) isn’t commonly used in North America so I’m used to these questions :D It comes in a 4ml suspension in oil, is administered IM into the glutes because it’s such a huge shot that you need a big muscle. It has to be injected slowly over 2 minutes.

Checked their website. The pills are enclomifene, which increases testosterone production, not actual testosterone. (The black version pictured also includes tadalafil.) However, testosterone undecanoate can be taken orally. They're planning to offer that (and injectable testosterone), too.

worth noting btw that the "expert" quoted in this case is fully fucking lying about australian HRT prescription practises. the treatment she called "unlawful" is literally the exact thing recommended by the RACGP, the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners

And AUSpath guidelines showing 6 week loading dose normal too. Whilst continuing 6 weekly dosing would be atypical, I would also note given the other lying going on very possible this was also lied about. Also not mentioning his haematocrit is an obvious error because that's the cardio risk marker

HRT Testosterone (Undecanoate) pills have been a thing!! Most recently under the generic of Jatenzo. It’s still pretty uncommon but it does exist.

ahhhh okay that makes sense—cus I’m on test cypionate which isn’t awful, but test undecanoate felt like sitting on a bruise for a week and i know E can come in thicker oils than cyp 😩😭

T undecanoate has a very very slow absorption (many weeks) but this study also says it's very hard to get in the USA due to folks having severe adverse reactions

They found sulfate ratios were more sensitive for detecting multiple administrations of testosterone undecanoate tablets and T gel, lengthening the window for detection compared to conventional steroid profile biomarkers.
