Whenever I taught Belgian styles in my beer classes, I poured La Fin Du Monde as the Tripel golden example. It's pitch perfect and so well made for a fraction of the price of the big famous imports. Unibroue does a lot right but this is their best

A Canadian craft beer classic turned 30 so Unibroue dropped this limited edition 30th anniversary Fin du Monde Tripel. Strikes the palate with yeast, melon and pepper. 9% abv but this one hits different. Well done #craftbeer
