2) Upston can't even competently manage her office.
Neither option should give confidence that she is a fit person to have ministerial responsibility for a large, complex & extremely sensitive portfolio like Social Development. #nzpol

Sorry, Upston replaced Bishop on this Privileges Committee. According to Wikipedia, Upston dropped out of law school due to poor grades, which just goes to show how welcoming the National Party is
