Just a PSA here: if you put yourself physically between federal law enforcement officers and their target--a tactic which I personally oppose--you should be prepared to face federal charges. Recording and asking questions is still legal (as of now) but ICE is aggressively charging these

This is why ICE agents should be prosecuted. Secret police who refuse to identify themselves are no police at all. They give those subject to their orders no way to distinguish them from criminals except taking the word of a random masked thug. The courts need to be invoked to clarify this.
