One really funny thing that a lot of people probably don't remember is that Hugo's gigas breaker was in sfxt as a hit and then in usf4 as a 1f command grab with the same animation, so during usf4 location tests a lot of people were getting hit by it and then saying "I blocked!"

There are a few gaps to close here:
Smash Remix isn't on the list but it goes with the other Smash games
USF4 Remix is one tier higher than actual USF4 because it's funny
SVC for the Neo Geo Pocket Color is legit great imo, would probably be pretty high.
