Not every address can be delivered to by USPS. This limits remote residents from receiving IDs, legal help, and ballots. Expanding USPS effectively expands your number of polling places by… well however many mailboxes you have.

USPS refused to ship my ballot with the included postage, made me pay $40 to have it sent, and it didn't even get fucking counted.
