Okay for some clarity the MoE poll of UT04 is not a Dem internal
Okay so I have more information here on Utah House Races:
•there’s polls that has the Dem for UT04(R+32.5) Jonny Larsen within the MoE and another where he is up by 10pts
•UT03(R+41.3) has Dem internals doing surprisingly considering the district lean
