Same! I had a cerebral venogram at UCSF and after that and daily low dose aspirin, it’s been gone for years.

This was me. My ICP was 39 and after a cerebral venogram, they said I have venous stenosis.

I'm going to have a CT angiogram and venogram on my head and neck sometime soon. Weirdly looking forward to seeing my veins.
Less looking forward to discovering how I react to contrast dye now.

Day 4 #ArtAdventCalendar & #WIPWednesday • I'm currently working on a #SciArt #anatomy #embroidery depicting my #IliacVein stent based off imaging from my venogram earlier this year. This week I finished the stent and am very pleased with how it turned out. Now to finish the bones! #MedSky 🧶🧪🐡

The labs that they drew for my venogram, showed a pretty bad electrolyte imbalance.
One point above needing to head to the ER. 🙃

I have so much going on and still have been unable to stream regularly. I have so many visits that are urgent. All while still not being able to fully walk.
I'm not just doing nothing like some people thing. I am constantly at docs/recovering. Disability is rough AF sometimes. Compassion matters.

I often tell dentists and anyone else administering lidocaine to use twice as much and come back in 15 - 20 minutes.
The lidocaine did fuck all for the insertion of the femoral vein catheter for my cerebral venogram.
Yeah, the LP w/ lidocaine sucks too. I asked for mild sedation for my last one.

I’m sorry I should have been more clear. In this video, it was a whole-brain venogram looking at primarily the veins of the brain. That circle of Willis I was talking about is arterial, and it is much smaller about maybe the size of a US $.25 piece. So I jumped from this venogram

Over 2 yrs of being “lost in the system”, countless phone calls, multiple emails from three different GPs, even got my MSP involved at one point — finally, FINALLY getting my MRI venogram today.

Running theory NOW is that — having looked at my MRI/venogram scans again — he thinks I might have a clot and is sending me for a second MRI/venogram with contrast at a different hospital with a higher quality scanner and different doctors to interpret the results.

You were put under for a venogram? I had a CT venogram and it must be different from what you had done. I was definitely not put under for mine.
