The 0.12 version will add `v:vim_did_init` variable to check if `init.lua` is sourced but plugins are not yet loaded.
This allows to improve `vim.pack.add` usability, as it can be properly called in user's 'plugin/' directory.

Wanted to add vim-shortcuts to Obsidian? e.g. with leader key same as in vim/neovim instead of only `cmd/ctrl/alt` commands?

Spent twenty minutes trying to figure out why vi colour highlighting suddenly stopped working, checked my system settings, my .vimrc, everything looked fine, :syntax on/etc in vim itself didn't do anything, anyway I eventually realized I'd somehow ended my filename with ".htm1" instead of ".html".
