This diabolical white supremacist dickhead is behind ICE’s racist fueled human rights violations. He must be investigated, prosecuted and IMPRISONED.

Then, perhaps, this nation can begin the healing process.

tfw you're clearly doing a fuck ton of FARA violations and are really good at hiding it.
The New Yorker reached out to Haley Stevens for an interview.

She asked them if they were the FBI.

imagine announcing a lawsuit of Tesla for equal employment law violations set to Gohan's SSJ2 transformation music
As I expected, my first post election story is about Nathan Johnson, the former lawyer, Democratic state senator and most importantly musician who composed music for "Dragon Ball Z" and will now be Texas' next Attorney General:

Minnesotans, it turns out, noticed that Republican sent masked secret police into our communities who shot people down on the street (and a thousand thousand other violations).

Trump's speech reopening the Reflecting Pool has taken a turn: "We're gonna protect our children from the transgender sexual violations, the horrible treatment that they've gotten"

the tone here is also telling. a standard PR response would be something about how she had the column pulled for violations of the social media policy

BREAKING: The Ku Klux Klan has sued ICE for copyright and trademark violations.

We need truth and reconciliation, and for those at the top we need criminal charges for repeated blatant human rights violations, lying to courts, shenanigans to avoid judicial oversight.

I'd rather protect our children from the violations committed by the President.

Rule of law without fear or favor is very different from retribution.

War crimes, corruption—including extensive foreign bribery—mass rights violations, and unconstitutional abuses of power are not mere disagreements.

Let crimes like that slide, we’ll get more and worse crimes.
See: 2021-2026
This "retribution" debate is maddening. No one is demanding revenge for bad tax policy or ill-considered deregulation.

It's about accountability for open-air bribes, graft, extrajudicial executions, DOJ weaponization, unleashing state violence on immigrants, and killing people in the street.
El-Sayed: "As along as people see our politics as being about this red vs blue retribution game, all of us collectively lose. If you are focused on addressing the ways that bad decisions were made and then you can solve them, that's where I think accountability has to stand."

Seeing reports of blatant PROTECT Act violations at Massachusetts courthouses, in case you needed yet another reminder that ICE agents are lawless, unaccountable thugs
Today is election day and it's also when PROTECT Act provisions regarding courthouses take effect in Massachusetts. The law bars ICE from making arrests without judicial warrants and also bars court staff collaboration with ICE. The AG can pursue civil litigation against ICE if there are violations.

Any civil rights violations, Dhillon?
NEW: One year ago, we caught a peek of MAGA authoritarianism when men roughly dragged a woman named Teresa out of an Idaho town hall.

This is the story behind that viral video and the radicalization of the community where it happened.

Senator, you and your colleagues need to do even more:
-Shut down Trump's judicial appointments.
-Investigations of all Exec Br departments.
*Hatch Act violations
*Pay for play corruption
*Violations of law (like starting an unauthorized war with Iran)

The Free Press is kept separate from CBS News proper because the former is where the election law violations and defamations happen.

Democrats are being handed a mandate to actually do shit. Stop Trump. Impeach him and all who followed his illegal actions. Pass a NEW New Deal that would improve our lives if not for Trump vetoes. Enforce laws. Prosecute all the corruption and constitutional violations.

GET BUSY IMPROVING LIVES

Whole clip isn't as bad as this one quote, but it's quite bad. Raskin, Garcia, et al really should intervene to be clear that faithfully enforcing the law and investigating violations of the Constitution is not "revenge" or "retribution."
