I'm a lil sad they never actually explored this guy's grief post-Vol'jin death...

Could've even gone into the idea that said Felguard was promoted into a commander, a Fel Lord, as a reward for slaying the Warchief and destabilizing the Horde.
Thus could've led to a fantastic substory arc of the Horde + Tyrathan hunting him down and making him pay, Vol'jin's spirit helping them

I love how the Wrathgate was such a major lore moment. And was our first in-game cinematic.
But most of all? It took Dranosh from the board. Had he survived? He would've been Warchief and the timeline would've been changed forever with him in Garrosh's place.

One of the bigger "what if" questions from WoW. Garrosh's failures are ultimately his own, but beyond that Dranosh would have had a much stronger support system if he had become Warchief. Varok would not have sunken into depression or stayed in Northrend. Better relationship with Vol'jin and Cairne.
