Here’s Wartech: Senko no Ronde, a kind of versus shoot-'em-up. I was surprised but delighted to see this localised, as I’d heard a lot about the arcade version. Unfortunately, Ubisoft seemed to be ashamed of the game’s Japanese style, hence the bland name and cover.

Wartech is, from what I understand, a port of a japanese arcade game that's a very weird hybrid of a fighting game and a shooter. It is difficult to describe so I'd suggest looking up youtube videos if you're curious.
