The sight was HIDEOUS!
So much of that land once owned by the poorest families all bought for nothing by developers.
Large areas involved were once part of Civil War Land Grants to families of slaves.

(UPDATE 6:35 a.m.): Leak has been isolated. The two right lanes of Waxpool Rd EB will remain closed as the gas company continues making final repairs. #LCFR crews have been placed in service. We appreciate everyone’s patience as crews have been working to safely resolve this incident.

(UPDATE 1:25 a.m.): The Westbound lanes of Waxpool Road have reopened. The gas company remains on scene working to secure the leak & fire and rescue crews continue to monitor conditions in the area.

They are flipping loud. Go out to waxpool and park. The roaring isn't the airplanes or 28, it's the idk how many data centers that are out there. Loudon got royally rammed with how many of them they have.

Pacific Blvd and Waxpool Road in Sterling, VA has seen about 10-12 data centers built in the past 5-6 years alone. Huge, windowless buildings that employ like 20 people each.

Ming you those are the buildings I could actually show there are far more in Ashburn and it's insane. I heard the price per acre for this was 1mil 2-3 years ago in the hot spots along the LC pkwy/Waxpool.
