Tolkien does seem to wobble on how hard it is to find the Shire. We’ve had lots of talk about how people have never heard of it, and the vast size of the wilderness - but the old road leads from Waymeet across the Sarn Ford and right through the Shire.

Also, the traffic along the east road passes through Waymeet, Frogmorton and Whitfurrows. There is plenty of traffic (dwarves and elves at least) passing through the Shire.

También hay malos en Longbottom y Sanr Ford, y en el Woody End. Tienen algunas casetas en Waymeet. Y los famosos Lockholes son los viejos túneles de almacenaje de en Michel Delving, convertidos en cárcel. #SdlAL6C8
