I didn't/couldn't follow WCW in real time at the time easily (no TBS! Only Worldwide and briefly WCW NY) but our video store got all the wrestling tapes. This broke my brain the first time I saw it.
Havoc ‘90 sees Sting and Sid fight to the back, then return to the ring and Sid pins the Stinger to win the title! Fireworks and balloons! But oops, that was Barry Windham in disguise so the match is restarted and Sting wins. Must’ve been beyond baffling to the live crowd.

I remember Jim Mitchell saying on drug testing day in WCW, the "random" drug tests always seemed to pick out him, Jimmy Hart and the Nitro Girls. Never the guys clearly on GHB or steroids.
