As one of the oldest states in the country, Pennsylvania houses are getting older with almost 60% built before 1970.
When we invest in repairs like weatherization and energy upgrades for seniors and working families, we can keep Pennsylvanians in their homes for longer.

If there's a Uri-like storm this winter, outages would be less severe bc we have more solar + storage & weatherization of power plants is better but we'd still have outages bc we haven't made much progress on gas supply weatherization or energy efficiency.

Years ago I covered a solar installation atop a refrigerated warehouse - at 50 KW it was the biggest in the state at the time! The CEO said they were saving a lot more from increased weatherization "but you guys won't come out and take pictures of insulation"
