I have tested the PHP environment and get: PHP version: 8.4.25 sys_get_temp_dir(): /home/tmp upload_tmp_dir: /home/uploads open_basedir: /php_sessions:/home/uploads:/tmp:/var/www/errors:/home/vol14_3/infinityfree.com/if0_42169229/htdocs I also tested the directories: /tmp Exists: YES Writable: NO tempnam: FAILED /home/tmp Exists: NO Writable: NO tempnam: FAILED Therefore PHP is reporting /home/tmp as its system temporary directory, but /home/tmp does not exist and is not included in open_basedir. Could you please check the PHP temporary-directory configuration on my server/account and restore the appropriate temporary directory or correct sys_get_temp_dir() to point to a usable directory? This is causing WebTrees to report: “The server’s temporary folder cannot be accessed.” The problem appears to be a server/PHP configuration issue rather than a WebTrees configuration issue.
