These 2 stools were once the same color. Then I painted 1 blue. The blue paint, being opaque, covers burns, stains, scratches, and assorted other evidence of having been useful for years in a workshop. I don't see those scars now, but I still know they are there.

Molly isn't the most elegant of #cats, but every once in a while she looks like a painting. Everything in opaque golds here but her stunning pale green eyes.

Ancient walls

They estimate the homes at Taos Pueblo were built between 1000 & 1450 A.D., although these may be a little newer. The people have replastered the walls with straw and adobe repeatedly.

The foyer of the Lucerna Arcade in Prague, under shops on Wenceslas Square. It contains shops, cafes and a cinema plus an ornate ballroom still in use as a music venue. It was built by Vaclav Havel’s grandfather in 1921.
