I’ve been absent from #WeeknightWriters because I realize I’m too burnt out still to begin another work, so no #FirstDraftFall for me this year.
I managed to publish Hot Wings and Sauciness in September, and I’m gonna count that as my writing win for the year!

#WeeknightWriters #FirstDraftFall If you don't have the time or the energy to write today, don't beat yourself up about it. Writing every day works for some of us, but it's not realistic for everyone - and for many, taking days off makes the writing days go better

Milestones between now and the finish, well I have ice cream, maybe tv. When I finish the draft I will buy something to commemorate it. At the end of Maya's first draft I bought a stuffie & rubber horse that look like her horse Raven. For this I'll buy something with moon flowers. Maybe seeds too.
