this is a spicy subject of debate but research does show that you can be plural without being disordered. They're typically called "endogenic" or "willogenic".

yeah, endo/endogenic systems are those who refer to themselves as systems without trauma. theres a few others like spiritual systems and tulpamancy but all are essentially endo and are not scientifically or medically recognized

from what we know the difference between willomancy and tulpamancy is that the former is secular and the latter is done for spiritual reasons. willogenic systems would absolutely fall under the endogenic umbrella. we're not fit for weighing in on tulpamancy because we're not spiritual or anything 🤷♀️
