📻 I was on BBC Somerset again today talking about On This Day in Somerset.

We chatted about a witch, a pilot and all sorts!

If you want to give it a listen, I come on around the 2:16 mark.

Today is St Elfleda's Day, a saint connected to Glastonbury. (It's sometimes given as 23rd Oct instead.)
She features in Unsung Women in Somerset as well as my upcoming book, On This Day in Somerset.

Really enjoyed the exhibition on women in Somerset in WWII at the Rural Life Museum, Glastonbury. Useful for my research for On This Day in Somerset!
