It's not a matter of the wordyness of individual filings. If anything, that's a constraint because it burns up the person's time. The problem is that now people can slop out oceans of filings in seconds that you have to respond to.

I disagree on The Wheel of Time, I loved the full world the wordyness created. I keep trying with new series to find anything as immersive and slower paced. But it is true that so many brilliant works like them would never be published today.

Well exactly. Everyone else has (mostly) the joys of the season even if they’re braving the hoards on Regent St etc. he’s a gassed up turd shittinv on any passing parade for grift. Someone review his tree lights at his Clacton home for wordyness 🤪

I agree that the wordyness of Dementus wasnt super interesting either, but i kinda liked the chapters aesthetic especially because the film is may more oldtimey, "graphic novel"esque in the way it's shot, and young Furiosa's tunic and secret walnut echoing Miyazaki's watercolor novel Shuna's Journey
