It's time for a Forever-themed Warcraft #WorldbuildingWednesday!
Entry 52: The Skyborne!
Everyone's talking about WoW Forever and the new Skyborne elves.
Honestly, their lore is shockingly air-tight! But I'm going to offer an alternative origin for them that I'll be using in our AU.
Skyward, ho!

For some reason, everyone's been talking about the Haranir, so I figured I'd join in!
Let's do a DEEP dive into the newest controversial race to come to World of Warcraft.

Warcraft #WorldbuildingWednesday Friday Edition musings that I will probably extrapolate on later:
What if, instead of the Skyborne being Highborne from Skywall... they are just literally the Highvale Elves?
Place Zephras and the other cities on floating islands in the clouds above the Hinterlands

A fitting topic, given everyone's talking about elves right now for some reason
They're one of my favorite races in WoW, and one I've done a lot of worldbuilding for with the help of @moondarner.bsky.social!

In honor of everyone slamming their faces into dungeons and raids for the Collector's Bounty, I thought it would be fitting to talk about the types and histories of the different mounts each player race uses!

For our 45th entry, we will cover a subject that definitely isn't topical at all: The Void!
The most incomprehensible and terrifying of the Cosmic Forces.
Let us open our 👀eyes👀and take a look at what we find in the beyond.

This week is going to be a little bit different.
Learning about K'aresh's timeline got me thinking about how insane WoW's dates are. So, let's see if there's any way we can fix that.

Hey Warcraft #WorldbuildingWednesday friends
I'm gonna take an indefinite break from the full posts that I've been doing. As fun as they are. There's a handful of reasons that I'm doing this, the most notable one is that I've been having a few really rough weeks in my professional life.

I don't know what to do with my OCs back story 😭 he's ALWAYS had a certain backstory. That's just the way he is. But the story I'm writing him in currently we don't think it works and I can't think of something else for him that makes sense and it's stressing me out.
