Just finished migrating our company's VM stack away from VMware and onto XCP-NG.
There's pluses and minuses. Some parts of XCP-NG are easier and more straightforward (especially updating), some are more complicated. Overall, do recommend, especially given Broadcom's predatory licensing changes.

Le point faible pour XCP-ng / Xen Orchestra, c'est le coté réseaux pour certains qui sera trop limité face à Proxmox pour des confs bien chadé avec du vxlan.
