I got around to setting up a retronas and section off my network with VLANs yesterday and was able to play some Halo 2 on my OG Xbox using XLinkKai. I haven't played that game so much on release and it was still so fun. Full lobby, too. People still want to play Halo 2.

i've managed to get a barebones XLink Kai script working on XBMC4Xbox! it's still limited in what it can do (it can't automatically query arenas so they have to be entered manually by the user) but! if you save your favourite xlink arenas so you can join them easily! #xbmc #xlinkkai #xbox

I also loved World but that game was so huge I wondered how they were going to improve upon the formula. But what they are showing in the beta is proving to be very intriguing. I was going to play it anyway, as a fanboi of MH since the 56k modem ps2 XlinkKai days, but now I'm super excited.

無駄に高スペックなゲーミング仕様のデスクトップを買ってしまったら、ネトゲに依存しそうで怖い。母なんて、50代でネトゲ中毒になり昼夜逆転してしまったのと、亡き兄がゲーマーだったので私も確実に依存してしまうでしょう。じゃなくても2ndG時代に、わざわざパソコンにXLinkKai使って擬似マルチしていたから…。

モンハン2ndG時代にはXLinkKaiを使用してまで狩りしてたのに、ワイルズがリリースされるから久しぶりにモンハンしようかなと思いPC版の必須スペック確認したら起動は出来ても操作かわ無理なのでもういいやってなった。

XlinkKaiとか死ぬほど懐かしい文字列見えるんだけどここってもしかしてインターネット中年会？
